How it works: five clear steps, zero mystery.
A lot of packaging suppliers keep the process vague on purpose, because vague is easier to hide behind. We do the opposite. Here is exactly how a project goes from your first message to boxes at your door, so you always know what is happening and what happens next.
Start My Project
Design includedStep 1: Kickoff meeting
We start with a quick conversation to understand the essentials: what you are packaging, your quantities, your deadline, your brand and any specs or compliance you need to hit. If you already have artwork, great. If you have a napkin sketch, also great. This is where we align so nothing gets lost later.
Step 2: Design
Our designer creates the structural dieline and print-ready artwork, and we show you a 3D mockup so you can see the box before it exists. If you already have finished, print-ready design, we can skip straight ahead. This step is where the expensive mistakes get caught, on screen, where they are cheap to fix.
Step 3: Sample (a dummy you can hold)
We produce a physical sample, a dummy of the real thing, so you can hold the material, check the print and confirm the fit. Nothing goes to bulk until you have approved the sample. This is the moment that turns a hopeful guess into a confident yes.
Step 4: Bulk production
Once the sample is approved, we move to full production. Because your sample is signed off, the bulk run matches what you held in your hand. No surprises, no this is not what I approved emails. Just your boxes, made at scale, to the spec you confirmed.
Step 5: Shipment to your door
We handle the logistics of getting your order from the factory to your US address, and we quote the timeline up front so you can plan around it. See our shipping and logistics page for how we deliver like a local.
